Social Good Capstone Project

Responsive Website & Native Mobile App Prototype for Clayton Farm & Community Market

This comprehensive website redesign aims to transform the way community members connect with local agriculture, offering a visually appealing, user-friendly interface showcases local farmers, community events, and more.

A native mobile app will introduce features like location-based services, instant notifications, and mobile payment options, creating a seamless and enriched market experience that bridges the gap between consumers and local artisans effectively.

Possible Solution

Community members who seek to support local farmers and artisans need an engaging, easy-to-navigate digital platform because they value connecting with sustainable practices and local products but currently lack a cohesive online space that facilitates these interactions and transactions.

About this Project

This project was developed as a capstone for the WEB-289: Internet Technologies Project course, where I applied a comprehensive range of design techniques to create a solution for the Clayton Farm & Community Market.

The endeavor involved a complete website redesign on a user/upkeep-friendly platform and a native mobile app prototype.

Ideate

I created digital wireframes in Figma to quickly visualize and iterate on layout and user interface ideas and make rapid modifications.

Digital Wireframes

The design was advanced in the high-fidelity mockup, where detailed visuals and interactive elements were incorporated to provide a closer representation of the final product and more accurate user testing and feedback.

All of the digital image assets were from royalty-free sites like Unsplash, Pexels, and Pixabay.
